No Return Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Please make sure to review product details, sizes, and specifications carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

After reviewing your request, if the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse
  • Requests submitted after the 48-hour inspection period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, consumer protection laws may grant you a 14-day cancellation right, except for customized or hygiene-related products, in accordance with applicable regulations.
